A Week of SNACKABLE WORKOUTS

“Failing to plan is planning to fail” rings very true when it comes to working out. If we don’t go into the week with an exercise roadmap, it becomes very easy to just…not.

That’s where these bite-sized routines come in.

We mapped out a week of quick workouts to help us stay consistent with daily movement throughout the work week. Wylde Grey presents a week of snackable workouts.

MONDAY – ABS

Kick off the week with this sexy abs routine from fitness trainer Courtney Virden. It activates our deep abdominal muscles (and involves zero crunches).

TUESDAY – LEGS

This five-minute routine is one of our favorites for toning inner and outer thighs.

WEDNESDAY – BUTT

Time to work on that booty. This no-equipment butt workout helps create a stronger, perkier posterior.

THURSDAY – ARMS

A simple and speedy workout that will give you all the sculpted results.

FRIDAY – TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

Finish the week strong with this total body toning circuit.
